  • Quarter cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Half tsp dried ground oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried ground basil
  • 1/4 tsp dried ground thyme
  • Pinch of black pepper

Directions:

  • To get started, preheat your oven to 425 °F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire cooling rack on top. Then, insert this prepared baking sheet into the oven to heat.
  • Take the fillets and pat them dry using a paper towel, then season them with a touch of salt and a generous amount of freshly ground black pepper.
  • In a shallow dish, mix together the flour along with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  • In a separate shallow dish, combine the egg and water, whisking them until well blended.
  • Blend the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, basil, and thyme.
  • For each fillet, start by coating it with the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Dip the fillet into the egg mixture, allowing any surplus to drip off.

  • Put the mussel broth aside in another bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the butter, salt, roasted paprika, garlic cloves, and parsley.
  • Spread the butter mixture onto each mussel.
  • Arrange the mussels on a tray and place it in the fridge to allow the butter to harden.
  • Set the oven’s temperature to 500°F.
  • After the butter begins to bubble, lay the tray containing the mussels in the oven for a few minutes.
  • Take the mussels out of the oven and serve them piping hot.
