High fructose corn syrup

High fructose corn syrup, used in candies and pastries, can induce gas, diarrhea, bloating, and cramps.

Citrus fruit

Oranges, grapefruits, lemons, and limes are acidic and can cause heartburn. Citrus foods relax the esophageal sphincter, allowing acid to enter and produce heartburn.
