How does high blood sugar feel?

Blood sugar or glucose fuels cells, but too much is hazardous. High blood sugar, or hyperglycemia, can cause increased urination and thirst.

What is hyperglycemia 

After 8 hours without eating or drinking, a diabetic's blood sugar levels rise over 130 mg/dl.

– having certain gene – having overweight or obesity – being physically inactive – having a parent or sibling with type 2 diabete
